What way are you?

I read several blogs recently that had led me to this website that asks you questions - like what does your birthday say about you (I guess that's kind of dumb, like doing your horoscope, or something), and what flavor of ice cream are you, and stuff like that. Part of the stuff about my birthday was true, and I am strawberry ice cream. Good to know.

Somewhere, I think it was a different place, I ran across this idea of a person being a "scanner". If you are a scanner, you like to do lots of things and are interested in a lot of things, but have a hard time committing to one thing. I'm like that. But, I'm not sure if that is the way God made me or what.

I also found out, that at least according their way of analyzing things, I'm about 51% feminine, and 49% masculine. I know that I'm not a real girlie girl, though I do go "ooh" at bugs and stuff. I'm most comfortable in jeans and a tee shirt. I hate pantyhose, sorry to bring that up, otherwise, I guess dresses are okay. I also hate polyester, with a purple passion. Otherwise, I might buy more dresses. Jeans and tee shirts are about the easiest things to buy in 100% cotton. I do love cotton.

I think it is interesting to consider what is feminine. I can think of women who I have known who seemed to be very feminine. I just found out recently that a friend from a long time ago, died about 2 years ago. Something reminded me of her and I decided to do a search of her name, that's how I found out. She was was sort of girlie without being at all prissy. I don't have any desire to be prissy. I don't know if a person has to work at being what God made them to be or they just are that way. Hmm... something to think about.
