My computer free day

A computer free day? I used to go for days without checking my e-mail. I hardly every got any. I didn't have a blog. When my brother first got his computer, I tried visiting chat rooms and found that rather boring. However, I took to playing games on the computer immediately.

My brother gently encouraged me the other day that he'd like to see me spending less time playing computer games, said he'd like to see me making some progress on dealing with my clutter. I had already gotten into my boxes of stuff for a yard sale. That went pretty well.

So I tackled it some more yesterday. And I made some progress. That felt pretty good. It did really feel like a productive day. And I even found some things I've been wondering where they were, a baking pan I had bought to fit in my toaster oven, a couple of pairs of shoes, I'm not sure what else. One pair of shoes was in the trunk of my car, and one was in plastic bag. The baking pan, I could only imagine what it was doing in the box I found it in. I'm guessing I must have had the box in my car when I bought it.

Today, I decided to wash a load of clothes. I don't seem to be very inspired today beyond that. I'm nearly done with the washing. That's something done anyway. I've checked my email, looked at a few blogs, and twittered. Not sure how productive that was.

Maybe I'll go computer free again tomorrow.
